We specialize in General Contracting, Project Management and Construction Management. Pre-Planning
Legacy Nation Contracting Ltd. partners closely with clients during the pre-planning and design phases to ensure seamless transitions into the construction stage.

Construction Management
We offer a comprehensive construction management service, providing clients with a full project team, including a dedicated project manager and site supervisor.
Our client-focused approach ensures that we oversee and supervise every aspect of the construction process, from preconstruction through to project completion and occupancy. We work directly with consultants, subtrades, and suppliers on behalf of the client, facilitating a seamless process.

Our expertise in tendering allows us to manage both staged tendering and lump sum work contracts, while continuously monitoring the construction budget and schedule to minimize risks and anticipate changes. With a focus on industry-leading quality control and site safety supervision, we also review and scrutinize any changes to scopes or contracts, ensuring they are applicable and reasonable for the client.
General Contracting
Our team provides full construction services, acting as a trusted general contractor for client projects.
We handle detailed estimates and tenders according to design specifications from architects and consultants, allowing clients to focus on other aspects of their projects. With extensive expertise, we work closely with repeat clients, consultants, and subtrades, ensuring that all work meets high standards.

We manage construction planning through a transparent process, assist with tendering, and help select key trades to mitigate risks. Legacy Nation can also offer a fixed price for the complete project, delivering it within the agreed-upon budget and schedule, barring any design or specification changes.
